Default Window regulator help.

Anyone has completely taken the regulator and window motor apart and put them back together. I think my cables are not properly tension. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Haven't seen anyone discuss taking it apart......just replace or remove and send out to be rebuilt. There was a guy on ebay who offered a rebuild service. That's all I know.

Did you re-index the windows?

I did not. I just closed the door and it works fine but it does not close the gap all the way when the door is shut.

Read your manual. It's very easy to re-index the windows. It sounds like that's what you need to do.
