Max HP a GS vert will take
Thinking of Supercharging my 11 GS Convertible.
Wondering if anyone else has done so (contribute pros/cons) and what is the consensus on max HP a C6 convertible might be able to take?

No different than a coupe.
Callaway has been selling the SC606 for most years of the C6, including convertible versions, with M6 and A6 transmissions.

my thoughts were to go for about 650/670 HP. As mentioned, I don't want to start hurting other parts.
Sounds like those numbers should be a safe number. Now to find a good speed shop here in Mesa/Phoenix. Several around so will be a matter of talking with them and getting a good comfortable feeling about what they propose.
