Default Mod List check

I plan on doing a minimal/budget upgrade myself after Thanksgiving when I put it away for the winter. My car now has 16k miles on it, so if I can get close to the 450 RWHP range and

Mods to date = I have Kooks with hi-flow cats, ported TB and ported Intake, Callaway Honker CAI, NXT Catback

The plan is to install a cam only so I want to upgrade suspect parts in the process, the list is below, anything else to consider?

1. Camshaft (@ 227/235) Lingenfelter G12 or other Speed
2. .650" Lift Dual valve spring kit
3. Harmonic Balancer (underdrive?) & pin it
4. Trunnions
5. Oil Pump
6. Moly pushrods
7. Crank Bolt
8. Gaskets
9. Timing Chain

I feel like you're going to need a little more to hit 450, either cam, ported heads and/or 92mm Intake and TB

That'd probably get you there. However, you might consider going with some reworked LS3 heads and a ported LS3 IM this year and waiting to see the results before jumping into a cam. The cost will be a little lower and the labor a little less and you'd be better prepared for a proper cam choice if you wanted even more power later. You could also recover some cost by selling your low miles LS2 heads and ported IM.
