I am brand new to the Corvette game, but not so new to the LSx setup. I recently sold my 05 GTO and purchased a JSB 08. I just ordered the cam package from TSP for my ls2 goat and they are fortunately allowing me to swap out for LS3 cam package. Are there any suggestions as to what package that TSP offers for a streetable cam setup?
You should state your intended use/expectations for the car.....transmission.....Z51 or not....etc. There are a lot of knowledgeable folks here so be patient for responses, especially with the holiday weekend. Have fun.
TX Speed offers custom grinds with their packages as well. Get Pat G to spec you a cam that fits your Vette, your wants, and your needs. If that was my Vette, it would have a 226/230 115lsa Comp LXL cam. That cam, along with all of the bolt ons, would get you 470ish rwhp. The way I like my cars to behave on the street and what you want may be totally different though.

I have a 226/230 114+3 Pat G cam in my '10 Grandsport and it's great! it's drives very good and easy to tune
Great point. Its a base coupe with M6 just want a little extra power but want to be able to keep it on the street. Thanks for the help

Make sure you know which you "really" want. Great cams for normal street driving do not sound like Pro Stockers. Cars that sound like that are not very friendly on the street. If you want a little of both, tell that to Pat G.
Overlap is the main characteristic that dictates the sound and manners. Lift and lobe style effect it also, but not near as much. The 226/230 115lsa cam that I suggested has -2 degrees of overlap. It's going to have a fairly aggressive sounding idle, but no big lope, chug, and shake. A decent tuner should be able to get you near perfect manners using it.
Yes It's been 11.55@121.66 on Michelin runflats. Haven't been to dyno yet, just street tuned it with a WB. I had a bad/collapsed lifter on cylinder # 5 which I just replaced. It was ticking real loud and I could push the rocker off the valve. The shift point on 1-2 shift was too low at the track which killed momentum. Based on recommendations from Pat G and Doug @ ECS I've since upped the WOT shift speed 3mph to shift at 6800 on the 1-2 shift. Feels much better. Would like to get to dyno soon.
