Default ZL1 blower on a LS2?

My buddy upgraded the blower on his ZL1 and I could pick it up cheap. Has anybody tried to put one on a C6 LS2? Ive been searching and not really finding much info, if any. Im pretty sure id at least need LS3 heads, pulley kit, lower intake, but really just guessing.

Car is a 05 LS2 M6 Z51 if any of that helps.

Thanks.

Chances are you'll end up having more money into swapping all of the parts over than just buying a used Edelbrock made for the LS2.

That was my original plan, just pick up a used blower setup for about 3 grand. But this one is just sitting on a shelf not being used. So it would take a decent amount of parts to get up to that price. lol

Even if your buddy paid you to take it, you need to run the other way. A swap to LS3 heads would be the easy part. Getting everything on the front of your motor to line up properly is just a start. Doesn't the ZL1 use electric power steering? The little parts, brackets, harnesses, etc would drive you completely bat **** crazy.

Thats what I was thinking, it would be nice if it was an easy swap though.

Thats what I kinda figured since I couldnt find anybody else thats done the swap, and I dont want to be a guinea pig either. But I wanted to double check before I passed on it, then come to find out, somebody did make a kit, and I could of had a blown C6 pretty cheap.

Thanks.
