Default GM syncromesh

Anyone running this stuff in their M6? I would like to change my fluid and want to use the best possible stuff. What do you folks suggest?

I'm using GM syncromesh in my 2007 Z06. I had issues with other oils when cold and hard shifting. When I changed to the syncromesh the hard cold shifting was very much improved and when up to operating temp the shifting is very very smooth. I'm glad I switched.

Good to hear it's working for you. Anyone else have any feedback or fluid recommendations?

Do not use synthetic in a T56 with carbon blocker rings. Synthetic is too "slippery" and does not allow the carbon blocker ring in the synchronizer to do its job properly while fast shifting.

This is the rare occasion when factory spec is best.
