Hey, so the instructions say connect the BAT side of the circuit breaker to the battery, and the AUX side of the breaker to the controller. Trouble is, there is no BAT or AUX marked on the circuit breaker. Which post is the BAT? One post is copper, one is a typical shiny silvery metal.
AND,
Where do I hook up for ignition?
AND
If anyone has used the green wire to make the fans fire as soon as the AC comes on, I'd appreciate hearing where you hooked that wire up.

Thanks!
The images in this thread may help answer some of your questions. (Where to pick up power and what fuse to tap for ignition.
I don't think it makes a difference which circuit terminal goes where on the breaker but I didn't like the exposed power terminals and used a fuse tap instead.
I was going to run the green wire to a manual switch in the cabin until I discovered the stock controller was OK to use with dual fans.
Why are you using the controller and what fans?

Sorry to hear that, so far, so good for me, I direct wired to the controller.
I still have the Derale controller.
StKnoWhere, thanks for your posts. I talked to DeWitts and they also told me to use the factory VDO PWM to control the new Spal Dual fans. BUT... I couldn't find anyone else doing that! All I read was multiple relays, differences in fan current and so on. Not to mention, there's not one bit of info on Dewitt's website about how to hook up the factory PWM (although it's red to red, black to black... lol). As nice a product as Dewitts makes and while selling parts specifically for a C6, you'd think they would be more detailed with their instructions online.
Anyway, I saw your post when I was about to trigger a Derale fan controller and I'm glad I did. I have mine hooked up and it's working fine. I mounted it just like you did. I really appreciate it!
