Fluid changes with Z-51 option coolers?

Fluid changes with Z-51 option coolers?
I am planning to change the trans (manual) and differential fluids. Since my '08 coupe has the z-51 option, is there anything special I need to know to ensure the correct fluid level-- including the coolers?

I'm a Z 51 owner who changed my trans fluid about 2 years ago. I did nothing special other than drain and refill. I checked the level again after a few hours of use and was able to top it off with maybe another 4 oz. No big deal. I bought a cheap ($4.99) transfer pump from Harbor freight to make the job simple without spilling a lot of fluid.
