Yes, but I chase the thread with a taping die to get all the old loctite off, then use new 242 (Blue, and on the heaver side) when putting them back on. If you don't have a tapping die to chase the threads to remove the old loctite, then hit the bolts with acetone, and break out a wire brush to remove the old loctite instead.
I've reused several times and without locktite. It always required significant force to remove the bolts each time, so it's not like they ever loosened up at all. Maybe I'll check how much torque to loosen next time.
