Manual Trans fluid change.
Last year I had my fluid changed in my 05 at 50,000 miles and installed the MGW box and shifter. I had Amsoil for the fluid. It seems that it's harder to find reverse now especially when it's cold, as it's been cold all summer. 
What fluid bo you guys use. The dealer says Dextron III / 6. How about GM synchromesh?

I put Mobil One Synthetic ATF in mine and it works great. It is compatible with DEX III and not DEX VI. The trans has a sticker right on it that says DEX III only. From what I understand, DEX VI has some friction properties that are not good with a manual gearbox. Fine for automatics but not the stick.
