Both offer systems that make agressive sounds, there are many many threads out here already, many with youtube links that will let you slightly compare.
My recommendation is to find a corvette club near you, and go make friends with some of the members, and ride with them in their vette with different exhausts.
It's very hard to compare otherwise, to see what you really like in sound.
I have headers with the stock NPP mufflers, and it is aggressive when open (to me), but others like straight pipes for their aggressive sound.
Very true on what both posters above write. So, if you don't like drone and don't want to shell out $1K+ two times, do your homework first! That would mean, to me, doing a search (advanced) on here in both Gen and Tech for C6s going back a year and seeing which ones drone and which ones don't.
Both companies make great sounding models from relatively quiet to very loud. But the louder you go, the more chance there is for drone.
Also, there is a difference sometimes in models for automatic trans C6s and manual trans models. In that case, I would call (not email) each co. and talk with them specifically about your car and what you want and don't want out of their system on your car.
I've seen posters on here who have had great conversations with technicians at both companies and thus been very happy with what they bought. And they only had to buy it one time.

Seems like they are both quality, i'll be doing more research. Still a rook! lol

Duly noted certainly doing my research before dropping that 1,500 lol appreciate all productive input
1500 for a catback exhaust is just too much but is just my opinion,i went with slp since i like loud anyways for 750,if you keep the cats in is not that loud inside.
I've had a few different setups on my car with Kooks/catted X pipe.
Magnaflow - too quiet, and actually droned a decent bit. A really reserved type of exhaust sound.
Borla SType II - very quiet cruising but opened up a lot when you got in the throttle. Sound was very similar to Magnaflow I had.
SLP Loud Mouth II - real smooth tone, it will drone some at certain rpm, this sounds like what I thought the Borla would. The car has almost an exotic note to the exhaust now
