I have experience with their diesel formula. It's nothing but an outrageously expensive blend of ketone and surfactant and does nothing to enhance combustion. Emissions are lowered slightly, however.
Most additives contain detergent and lubricity packages. That is fine and good, but I am always skeptical of octane and cetane boosters from a performance perspective. If you really NEED higher octane because of a high compression ratio and / or boost, run race gas or inject methanol.

I'm in for the same info. I have been using Torco, and I know that works based on what timing I can run. If Aces is better then I am willing to make the switch.

I used it and really didn't notice any differance. Over at the Charger forum, their is quite a bit of feedback on this product.
Do you have a tune that requires the added octane?
Well, when I used it I didn't notice any difference in my fuel trims and it didn't reduce any of the knock (<2) I was having.... I did have my C6 mail order tune by lew. I have headers, CAI. I tried mixing it with different brands of gas...shell, marathon, chevron, and even mixed it with non ethanol 93 octane but still didn't reduce the slight knock I was having....
I believe I still have about half of bottle left and will gladly send it your way if you want to just cover shipping...
Hell, I'll give it a try. Right now I mix half a bottle of Torco to a tank. So, I can start with my current tune and see if I get any knock. pm me your paypal and I'll send it over. Thanks.
I just got off the phone with Briand from BND. He seems to know quite a lot about automotive fluids. But then again, I don't so.....
It seems to get good reviews online. From what I can tell, it doesn't actually raise octane so much as it allows your current fuel to burn more efficiently, thus creating a higher octane effect. BS? Maybe, maybe not. But I think I'll try some. I'm also having him make me a custom gear oil to see if it help with my rear dif whine.
I haven't tried it in the Vette yet. But, I put some in my Yukon that has a Kenne Bell on it. On regular fuel, 91 is the minimum. With the Aces I didn't get any knock on the top end at all. I even tried a smaller pulley (5 more lbs) for more boost and I still had no issue. However, there was a bit of chatter around the 0 boost mark in transition. I am now chasing another issue and will try again once that is taken care of.
This is a pretty good discussion. You can save yourself a lot of the 'back-and-forth' and start at page 11. But to summarize, a group of HiPo boat enthusiasts started a collection to have Aces tested on a knock motor to see its effect on detonation. Then the manufacturer said it won't pass a knock test because that's not how it worked. Then a lot of speculation about what it can and can't do but no real evidence to prove or disprove its benefits. The only real "evidence" available for this stuff is testimony from those who've used it stating they can run higher octane tunes on lower octane fuel + Aces. To me that's a silly risk to take without proof, but so be it. I have no intentions of running 89/91 + Aces on my 93 tuned engine. For me, it would be used to help with the lesser quality 93 and maybe bump the power and cleaning properties of the fuel. But, there is no real evidence to say it will. I believe subfloor brought this product up in the klotz thread and his opinion does carry some weight around here.
