The C6 Z06 pump is definitely an upgrade. The LS2 pump with a Men Bell boost a pump can handle fouel flow requirements to somewhere between 580-610. I'm presently making 577rwhp with that combination. My speed shop says if I want more boost and HP then I would need to upgrade to the Z06 pump and use the KB BAP which is good for about 675 rwhp or use an entirely different system.

I ran the Z06 pump with a KB BAP at 780 rwhp for a while. At 620 it was perfect but at 780 it had a slight pressure drop on long pulls so I added an ECS stage 1 kit to that. If you are running boost, I would just do the stage 1 kit and not bother going in the tank.

I am removing the ECS stage 1 kit that I bought a few months ago. I will be selling it complete except for the bulkhead fitting which can be bought from ECS. I really don't know if its right for a non boosted car though.

Its perfect then. I run it with 780 hp and its plenty. I personally wouldn't trust an LS2 pump with BAP at that level. It might be enough, but pushing it I think. You have to either do something like I have, or go in the tank.
