hey guys i have c6 ls2 a6. i swapped to tsp 1 7/8 with off road 3'' x pipe. but i have a rough idle kinda sounds like its camming when i give it throttle it goes away. i swapped the headers and swapped out the plugs after in case i cracked any. also did some wires.
i had hard time taking off one o2 could this be the problem the?
when holding the speed the mpg jumps up and down? this is what gives me the impression its an o2.

trans feels like its shifting harder also....
Most likely it's a plug wire. You did check the plug gap? Most of us doing headers pull the wires and plugs to make the header install easier and with all the disconnect/reconnect a plug wire gets out of place.
Easy to check (but time consuming). Pull a plug wire, start the car. Any change? Shut it off and on to the next plug, same pull the wire, start the car, check for change, repeat until you find the bad wire/plug.

Maybe not enough back pressure.
it still has the stock axel back 2.5 piping to reduce flow hoping for some back pressure stock pipes run to two dyno max ultra flow mufflers sounds amazing

what can i expect out of the tune? im an A6 car they say the trans tuning makes a world of a difference. the reason i haven't tuned yet i have the cam and springs for it and didn't want to pay the money twice for tuning....
The mufflers are too far back to really have any flow presence. I'm thinking a tune is needed
car runs good after the o2 swap. idles fine before it was just and idling funny.
I'm just curious on what to expect for the tune with bolt on's should i wait till after the cam swap or tune now? or at least wait till i get the ported intake and tb to tune?
im still missing ported ls2 intake, tb, pulley, stall, and gears im not doing gears, that out the question. stall wont be done till some time after the cam.
i tuned my ta lq9 ms3 cam at least 6 times cause of changes made....
tuning really woke things up!!! got the car tuned on sat. street tuned this thing used to gitti up but now it destroys the tires any where 1st or 2nd gear i cant imagine these thins with a 373 or 410 gear....
