Default Anyone ever ran this cam?

Hey everyone. I bought my 07 z51 m6 about a month ago, and finally got the cam specs from the previous owner. I tried to look up the specs, but couldn't find anything about anyone running a cam like this. It made 430whp/396 tq when the PO had it tuned. The specs are 231/242, .615 .617 with 112 LSA. The car runs very well, pulls HARD all the way to 7k. Got a decently choppy idle, and just a little bit of cam surge from 1000-1500 rpm.

I have a very similar cam 231/242 .617/.623 with 113LSA and I am putting down
505 rwhp +/- and 450 rwtq+/- . I will get some surge also below 1300 rpm specially in 6th gear. Other then that its a great cam. I am running fast 102, intake, fast 46lb injectors vararam cai, PRC 225 as cast heads. OBX lt headers, loudmouth II axle back. Dewitts alum radiator. Elite catch can , ported throttle body 20% ud pulley. Stocker rockers for now until this weekend. It pulls like a freight train and moves.

Okay, thanks. I guess that's why mine makes that nch lower. The heads are stock. I believe the intake is ported but a stock I take. It's got headers and x pipe, but stock catback.

Almost identical mods here......227/243 .614/.624 113+2 and I just don't understand why my car likes to break the tires loose all the time now.

The RWHP is a little lower than I would expect--That is a very aggressive cam but not bad especially on a manual trans---Be prepared with such hi lift to change valve springs every other year--
Sounds like to me they may have added the LT headers after the tune and cam---as LT's always make the eng run richer at WOT and lazier----You should easily be in the 450-500 RWHP range with your set-up--I would deff get it re-tuned with a WIDEBAND 02 and full tuning software--Also the surge at low RPM's can be fixed---
