I can't wait to deploy them on the local rice burner fanboys!!!
Funny you say that...I recall vividly one guy in a wrx or an Evo who came up next to me at a light....he exercised his blow off valve at me....which I refer to as "blowing his nose" ....
My car is nearly silent with the cutouts closed. So I looked over at him and did this....without revving the engine...
I mounted my QTP a few weeks ago. Everything is fine, it's working well and the sound is great !!!
Thank you for your help
I like my low profile QTP's. Only gripe is they take a while to open/close. Like six seconds. There's another brand, can't remember the name, that is like two seconds.
My Dad is building me a timer controller to where I just need to tap the button on the QTP remote and it will engage the motors for six seconds.

Bill QTP has a cool new wireless controller that has been flawless for me. It's still 6 seconds but I like that I can do it from the fob rather than where I had the switch mounted. I think you can also program your homelink to do it.
For the longevity of these QTP's (mine have been mounted for 8 years this month almost to the day) I'll live with the 6 seconds.
I've since added the remote Joe. I like it a lot better than the switch. The holding it down is what bugs me, and the duration. I wish it were more like an NPP. Once I get my fuel system done I'll install the timer.
