the one with one mark is wider than the other

witch one is for a 2005 t56 base c6 (not z51) or can i use both?

I'll take a copy of the manual! I have a spare T56 and was thinking about rebuilding it myself this winter. First time, so any help is appreciated.

It can be installed either way but the grooved part should face front of the transmission.

Please post pictures of the entire synchronizer assembly.
