Default dyno tuned?

My 05 has ported tb,102mm intake, headers, and hurricane cai. I have not had it dyno tuned yet. The car has 142000 miles. Should I have any concerns about having the tune done? What kind of hp and tq numbers am I looking at with tune versus stock?

With the mileage, would have a least a compression test done on the motor to check for compression problems.

As for tune, surprised that you have not done one already. I'm guessing that you are running high flow cats, with anti fouler's on the post 02's so it's not throwing codes now (read with headers, turning off/deleting the rear 02's with a tune is pretty much step one).

As for headers and the Fast 102, should be picking up around 35 HP with them, and then around a extra 15HP via the tune alone over just the stock tune on the stock motor (depending, since the motor is kind of on the high mileage, and not sure what you have lost so far from that alone).

Default dyno

I was having some oil pan leaks so had to get that fixed first.I'm not a rich corvette owner so it takes time to get every thing done,it seems like it taks $1000 ever time a need somthing done. Thanks for the info about the compression check will do that.

is the CEL illuminated on your car and are there any DTC's present? tune would be better and at least do a few runs on dyno to see that car has not leaned out with your modifications.more than a few places that you can get a few pulls on dyno for $50.
