I think the the axle over pipes are different for the manual and auto cars. I could be wrong here but I will advise you to check this out along with model year specific.
It isn't a long job. Will spend more time aligning them than actually doing the swap. HINT: do not tighten the clamps both at the front and rear of the axle over pipes till the cans are properly set.
You shop should know this if they have worked on the Vettes before.

btw I eventually had my pipes tack welded. They moved on me twice with just the clamp tightening. No problems since.

I've had multiple Corsa sets on cars and SUV's and have never had any loosen or move. I'd rather readjust is necessary before I'd ever tack weld, but that's just me.
Tack weld is no biggie, one very small tack. I will say that for some reason I went through a difficult time getting my tips staying aligned. Actually had it done 3 times all at different shops.
Dunno why they moved but they did.
Also most of the aftermarket catbacks I see are not aligned properly. Some are off by a significant amount too. Looks cheesy!
