Was about to install a new cam that I had ground, and noticed this at the end of the cam near the last journal that is at the back of the motor. It doesn't look like it was finished machining and left some stock material on it. My old cam is beside the new one for reference.
Is this an issue? Did you install yours? I called the place that did mine and, of course, they are closed for the weekend. The edge is pretty sharp so I'm waiting to install for the time being.
