Wondering what some of you are doing for the suspension to help with wheel hop and helping hook on the street

If you are on the stock run flats, new tires will do wonders. On my 2005, I replaced the crappy run flats with Hankooks and worth every penny. Even now on my 2013 with only 6k miles I am annoyed on how bad the stock tires grip, especially when it is cold out.

Coilovers made a huge difference as well on my 2005. The handling was amazing, but the ride did suffer.

I have the JOC sways on my 2013 and it really helped out in the corners and reduced the body roll to almost nothing, without affecting ride quality.

I have LG coilovers, Pfadt bars, Hinson mounts (front and rear) and Michelin Super Sports. Zero issues with wheel hop.

The mounts can be a bigger issue than you think. Remember that the whole drive-train sits on four mounts and the fronts can have an impact on wheel hop if they are worn out. If you see rusty looking material around the mounts, that means all of the fluid is gone. I installed a set of Hinson Mounts and it made a huge difference.

I have a lumpy cam in my car, and when I replaced the most, most of the lumpiness went away. Remember that the front mounts have oil in them, so when the oil is gone, you lose the media that is used to dampen engine vibration.

I didn't have any truble with 470whp on a 315/35/17 hoosier but I'm going to be making 600+ hp,maybe I'll just do some test hits out on the concrete when it warms up

Default PFADT coilovers

Talking about Pfadt coilovers, anybody knows where I can have mine rebuilt? The company that bought Pfadt plans on starting to do that soon but no exact date.

Well, I have to tell, I outsourced it. They did the mounts, front and rear, PRW water pump, Turn 1 PS pump and a Teflon braided PS pressure line and the labor was $600.

Forgot, they also installed by APR rear diffuser.

That seems fair. I may get those mounts installed when they install my supercharger
