I have phadt featherlight c/o's, joc bars w/ adjustable endlinks, lowered and I can't figure out where this noise is coming from.... I checked all mounting bolts/nuts, brand new endlinks, checked axle nuts (year ago and were good). sound is coming from rear drivers side as best I can tell...? thoughts?

I chased that one through three front end shops. It was the end links. Everything seemed perfect and tight. Out of desperation, I replaced the end links. I used stock parts on big sway bars. Replacement end links solved the clunking. They last one track day then start making noise again. I've read that all the aftermarket end links clunk.

i'm thinking that must be it... I just swapped out exhaust systems
(bassani-npp)so I guess I just notice it more now than before. I also get the roof creaking as well.......just need a good stereo I guess...lol

There is one aftermarket end link set that doesn't get noisy.
LG Racing (forum vendor)
His are PTFE lined
end links are my guess also. make sure you adjust and tighten with load on the suspension.
I did, I hooked up one side endlink put car on the ground a went around the block. lifted car back up and adjusted other endlink to length needed to connect to the swaybar.....??? does the second one need to be adjusted while car is sitting on its wheels...ie: four post lift?
all adjustments and tightening should happen with the full weight of the car on the wheels ideally otherwise when you put the car down the bushings can possibly rest in a stressed position which can kill them quicker.
I seem to have narrowed the noise down to the actual travel of the shock (compression. Shock seems to still be working, but seems to not function smoothly. Are these oil or gas filled/charged?
