Just removed my LS-3 engine heads to find my Pistons at cylinders 5 & 8 destroyed .#5 cylinder at block is in pieces and I found a aluminum slug about the size of my wrist , guessing that's the remainder of my piston . And # 8 cylinder in about the same shape. Engine was running great ,no noise. Great oil psi . I drove it this morning for about 2 miles before it made a horrific noise . I quikly shut of the engine and had it towed home . Never seen anything like this . Any ideas... Jetmech09@msn.com
