Recently had full exhaust/intake/tune and now starting to crave more power. At the same time I really want to get a wider meaty tires/wheel combo because even with my current power it gets a bit sketchy in 2nd if the temp lower than 60 and with added power from a cam I imagine I ll be spinning all the time. Get wider wheel/tire combo first or get it cammed?

I'd suggest going tires first so you can actually see what the car is capable of on the current power level.

If you want more, you need to establish your budget. If it's in the 3,500+ range, I'd look at cam/head package. If not I'd try and save up for it. A cam and retune makes such an amazing difference in power. Other mods like intake manifold and Throttle body add power but are not as valuable as a motor with a cam that allows the motor to move more air.

Does full exhaust include headers? Headers make a big difference in these cars.

I just did mine in the same steps your taking. I did not do the heads though and I am making 487 RWHP and 448 RWTQ

Note. While you have it apart, change out the HB for a ATI unit for sure and install a C5-R timing chain if your a bit **** like I am.

Running the POS 325-30-19 GY RF tires it is still spinning through most of third...with my Hoosier DR...it hooks like their was glue on the road

First off what tires do you have? Traction is huge when determining if you want/need more power. I was in you situation at one point and decided to get an ECS blower and I couldn't be happier. The upfront cost hurts but it's worth it. The car drove like stock and made over 600rwhp. I decided to turn it up a bit more and make 800rwhp now on the same blower.

I'm at Hurlburt Field if you ever want to meet up and check out the blower set up in my car and see if you like it.
