Lowering bolts
I've lowered my car in the rear all the way down to rubber bushings. I want to go lower and in order to do that I would have to cut the bushing in half or take it out completely. I race my car at the track. Will I suffer from wheel hop doing this to the rubber ?

You can cut the bushing but I would not remove them completely. You will just end up with the leaf spring rubbing against the control arm.
If you really do race your car at the track, I would suggest you upgrade to coilovers.
