Default Headlight lens condensation

I know this has surely been brought up before, but I want to hear the latest opinions / experience on the subject.
I was all excited to put the headlights back in the car after replacing the lenses and verifying that all lights and turn signals were operational, and then...bummer. The driver side assembly shows traces of moisture after I turned the lights on for a minute or so.
