radiator swap/upgrade question

radiator swap/upgrade question
The radiator on my fully optioned 05' z51 c6 just crapped out on me.
I have a friend willing to give me a 30k mile radiator out of their recently supercharged 08 z06 because they are upgrading.
This will be great because obviously it will save me a considerable amount of money.
I read something about my car's radiator possibly having an internal oil cooler and that the one out of the 08 is external, so am I correct in thinking that the only other thing I would have to buy is the external cooler?
Anything else I need to know about the swap? Thanks very much in advance.
