Default Hurst shifter

I've seen pictures of a Hurst shifter that looks like the old square type with the Hurst logo on the sides in a C6, but can't find a part number or vendor.
I'm beginning to think someone may have welded an old stick into the original shifter or ????

Does anyone know if Hurst actually makes this ?

Thanks

You are probably talking about a core shifter and that's exactly what they did - bolt the Hurst stalk on to a billet apparently short throw base. You can find them on eBay. Never seen one up close so cant comment on quality / value.
