Currently driving a 2004 C5, decided to buy the wife a 2005 C6 that looked to good to pass up. I called a local dealer to be sure there were no open recalls on this C6 and was told that the headlight issue had not been corrected. Great, lets get it in there and take care of it.
Once my wife got the car back, she noticed the windows did not go up or down to allow the entry into the vehicle, we did find out that this had to be reset due to the dealer disconnecting the battery. I drove the car the other day and noticed the air was not working now as well. Is this another thing that needs to be reset? If so any ideas or has the air just gone bad...ugh!! Regardless any advice will be greatly appreciated. All this has me wondering if this is a dealers service departments way of getting a vehicle in to make money...oh your air is bad we need to do this and that and it will cost you $$$$$ Seems to me they would have reset the window issue when they serviced the vehicle as well as any thing else that may need to be reset.
