I am looking at a 06 convertible with 65,000 miles. There are 2 problems. !1st one low oil pressure on dic and check engine light on .The car was driven from Florida and has no engine noise.Seller said he had pressure checked and had good pressure. 2nd problem power top will not work. You can put it down by hand when you open the allen screw. I'm a c3 owner and need some advice. Thanks in advance,Charlie.
The oil pressure sending unit is designed to fail "high", it would show 120+ if it failed. So I have to be suspicious that your issue is simple. It would have to be properly diagnosed and obviously could be an expensive problem.
The power top could also be expensive and would have to be properly diagnosed. The tops have many micro switches and sensors, if any one of them goes bad it could lead to a failure. But it could also be the pump or other electrical issue.
If you aren't a mechanic this is probably not the car to mess with unless you can get these problems identified and hopefully fixed before you hand over any money.
T he check engine code is P2068 and the gauge started working and quit again. A friend of mine is a master corvette tech in Cincinnati said these are little problems.

P2068 is for a fuel level sensor. What does that have to do with the oil pressure/gauge?

Better get a price on replacing the fuel level sensor (i.e drop the tank to get to it), and going to find that you looking at a $1K to have the sensor replaced to correct your "little" problem.
