Default Problems...

2008 auto cam, headers, intake 461rwhp. The problem is while it is in Drive, it will not shift out of third at WOT. Will rev all the way to the rev limiter. In sport using paddle shifter. Its shifts fine. Shifted fine before cam and extra horsepower. After the upgrade in horsepower the problem showed itself. I have had it tuned and still does it. What do you guys think or have you ever heard of this problem. Drives perfect at all other times and conditions.

I think you need to reset the shift points rpm and mph till you get it right, wide open is different setting then normal driving

Ive found the shift points to be very picky with these trans. I had to get my shift points adjusted more than a few times after my initial tune. But once they are dialed in its a world of difference. My car even with the stock tune would refuse to shift 3-4 sometimes. After the bolt ons, cam, stall and getting the tune right it shifts good everytime.
