Just finished up a cam swap, among other things and I have an appointment to get a dyno tune next Thursday. I'd like to get an opinion from a few people if I should be adding any more supporting mods before the tune. Heres a quick list of the mods currently on the car.

Are the stock TB and injectors worth the bank for the buck at this point or should I just let it be?
Some people have mentioned to change out the spark plugs & go w/a slightly colder heat range, even though they don't need to be changed...It might be something to consider. I would do so more research because I'm no expert. I bought NGK Iridium TR6 IX upon recommendation from the guy that will be installing my ARH LT's, X-pipe & Akrapovic slip on exhaust.
Make sure you have the best fuel available in your area. If your car has been sitting all winter I would use up that fuel. Also, we are right in the middle of the EPA mandated winter-summer blend change over (summer has lower RVP).
Injectors will be nearly maxed out, but I've had no problems with similar mods with my stock injectors, they are "maxed out" 90% + but they work fine and i can command any AFR I want.
In my observations, drivability can suffer when people change out their injectors; there are tables to convert the tune for different injectors but I'm not sure those are always correct, and some injectors are easier to tune than others.
How is that Torquer V4 cam working out? Any Dynos? I am considering this over the LG G6X3. They want over 600.00 for their cam and I am wondering if it is worth it?

The car is not a daily, if it follows in the footsteps of its predecessor (2000 SS) it will see <1000 miles a year.
Besides making sure everything is in reliable working condition, cooling system etc. Take the car in as you would drive it every day. New plugs are nice but give a false reading on the dyno. New plugs usually add about 5+ hp but that goes away in a few miles. Use the fuel that you always use unless doing a separate tune for a higher octane fuel. Some tuners recommend removing your air filter. this can pick up 10-15 hp at higher rpms. This is not a real world condition, avoid. A lot of people forget this but check your rear tire pressures, under inflation can rob you a few hp.
Walk with several bags of ice to prevent or at least minimize heat soak between dyno runs. The fans they hace hardly duplicate the air flow at highway speeds. A fresh oil change cannot hurt. Dyno tuning is hard on your oil. especially on absorption style dynos.
You mentioned your oil takes awhile to reach operating .temperature, correct this situation. The faster oil gets to operating temperature the better. Adding an oil to coolant heat exchanger between your external oil cooler makes the oil temperature rise with coolant temp.
Good luck.
