Default Spark plug heat range

I have a 2011 C6 LS3 car that's full bolt ons with a BTR stage 4 cam. What plugs would you guys recommend for motor and nitrous. Currenty running NGK BR7 for motor and planning on running 8s for a 175 shot. Also does anyone know if there would would be any power gain going to 6s on motor? If so how much?

Thanks

Why would there be a power gain?

Are you having any problems with it missing now? I would only go hotter if you're having problems with fouling

6's with a 175 shot doesn't sound like a good idea to me

Spark plug heat range is not determined arbitrarily.

Any gain in power derived from spark plugs would come through uniform, optimal combustion within each cylinder.

To achieve maximum performance / power, the proper heat range is determined by inspecting the tip of your used spark plugs collectively. Each plug tells a story.

As a rule of thumb - they should all be burning the color of hot cocoa (light brown).

If one or more plug were darker or covered with residue, indicating it is fouled with oil, it is robbing your engines power and efficiency and a hotter plug would be beneficial to burn off those deposits.
Likewise, if one or more plus are lighter in color or the tip is burned away, then a colder plug is required to maintain the proper gap and minimize further damages.

Happy trails!
