I don't know much about cam shafts, this is the specs on one that is about to go in my 05. Can anyone give me some knowledge on this, is it mild? Aggressive? New springs and valve lifters are going in as well to support it.

That is a Brian Tooley Stage IV camshaft and it's pretty aggressive

go to his website for all the low down and you might give him a call and make sure it fits your car and goals

Yeah, it's pretty aggressive, you are going to want a good tune with that to have good drive ability.

My specs are pretty similar for the cam I just installed. I'm going for a tune tomorrow, thank god, because it's a real pain to drive as is.

Yes I'll be getting a tune as well, Thankyou for the replys. If I'm going on the right path, heads and intake should be next? I already have a CAI and American racing headers and xpipe. Also will the bigger cam make my car louder or just change the tone?

Mine did get significantly louder after the cam install. If it was me I would wait until I have everything before I start replacing parts. Reason one, it will take a lot less time to do it all one time. Reason two, a good tune will run in the range of $500 and I would only want to pay for that once.
