Default Clutch Time!

So what kind of clutch is everyone using?

I want something reasonably priced
I want something with pedal feel simar to stock
I don't want something that can't be feathered a bit.

Torque around 550

When you get into the 550 torque range and like stock pedal feel, the dual disc clutches will give you that but at a higher cost. I have the Mantic 9000 dual disc kit which feels like the stock LS3/7 clutch, but with a lot more clamping power. Mantic also has the ER2 single disc that some have used in your torque range, but the pedal is stiffer.

I really appreciate you chiming in on my threads. From what I have seen, and what you have said, I probably will bite the bullet and get the Mantic. Thanks again.

For a clutch that is easy to drive and modulate, the Monster Level 2 single disc is a really good choice for the money.

We also have the LT1-S street twin, it is more expensive but it is the best of both worlds. It drives exactly like stock, its rated to 700WHP/TQ, and it will last longer than any aftermarket single or twin disc.

Feel free to give us a call if you want to go over details. (817-750-2000)
