LS7 Head build package
Just wanted to post on the forums our base head fix package. This is our most popular package for LS7's. Our base package includes:
-Remove and re-install cylinder heads
-Rev Stainless steel exhaust valves
-Inspect and tumble polish intake valves
-16 Bronze valve guides
-BTR dual spring kit
-Resurfacing cylinder heads(amount tailored to setup)
-Performance valve job
-Machining and assembling heads
-GM MLS head gaskets
-GM head bolts
-Mobile one oil change
All for $2280.02 out the door.
Contact us for options such as a cam install, tune, header install, ect at the same time for great savings.
Not sure if you need the valves fixed? Stop by for the wiggle test and find out the condition of your heads. We will test one intake and exhaust valve for $125. We will take the $125 off the bill if your valves are out of spec and you have us fix the heads.

have you guys had any problems with the REV Exhaust valves, there was a lot sold that were not properly hardened, and installed in my engine, caused metal fragemnts and all kinds of problems,mushroom tips, Al at Rev said they weren't properly hardened, and it was there fault, but REV would not cover the total cost of the repair. even though the valves were not hardened he said he gets them from argentina, and it was his fault he didnt check them all. just wanted to see if this has happend in the past or if you have heard about it. thank you. REV Exhaust Valves LS7
glad not every one had this problem,it was terrible it was around 2012 when a lot of the REV valves were soft and not checked for proper hardness. rev paid out a lot due to this problem it sounds, but now won't cover much even though they know about this problem, the manleys are great. thanks for the response. mark
