I just put my new Fusion Bi Mode exhaust on my car, i'ts a 2005 C6 LS2 6.0L MN6 speed putting on the exhaust went pretty good, ran the power wires from the front to the rear , mounted the control box, ran the vacuum hose to the front of the car on the passenger side. one of my problems is i can't find the vacuum port on the back of the manifold, removed the coil packs and i just don't see the t handle the directions say to break off, i read the instructions and watched the video. in the video the guy just reaches back there and gets it in a second, for anybody who has installed a set of these maybe you can help me out on how to find it. My second problem is they say to get power from the heated seat circuit and i already used that circuit for the amp on my radio, i'm pretty sure you have to use a circuit that shuts down power when you turn the ignition off, i'm thinking of going to the windshield wiper circuit with an add a fuse does anybody see a problem with that or have a suggestion.
I, too, have a '05 6 speed mn. My son and I put the B&B Fusions on six years ago. You are correct about wanting a power source that is off when the car is off. Any one should work. For the vacuum source, we followed the instructions about breaking off the small tee connection. IT IS THERE. It is difficult to see and harder to touch. I think I ended up using a small deep well socket to slide over so I could twist it and break it off. Be patient and follow the directions. Check You Tube for some install help. The end result is worth it.
