Driver Headlight Doesn't Work Even After Bulb replacement

My drivers side headlight will not come on. I thought it was a bad bulb so I replaced it and it did not make a difference. I checked all the obvious fuses and they seem fine. Any ideas on where to look next?

Have you tested the Ballast to see if it's working?

Have you checked the fuse? Each headlight has it's own fuse.

I checked both fuses and the relay and they seem fine. Is there a way to test the ballast?

Switch ballast to good headlight.......
