When my car was cam only I was doing 11.6 on street tires and on a 275 hoosier dr got it down to 10.7. As far as launch rpm Im auto and launch around 3200. For a stick car it depends on the clutch/track prep.

A ton. The power you put out is useless without good traction. The best thing you can do to get traction on the drag strip is the drag radials. Almost 1 second is a lot but several tenths is pretty average.

I'm still much into the learning phase but I launched a little over 5k here is minimal slip on a non prepped track (calling for rain so they didn't bother) would never have been to accomplish that with street tires. besides. DR's are cheap in comparison to my street tires, it's crazy to burn up a 660.00 dollar Michelin to get no results when a DR is 232.00. I use 315-35R17
