Default Tail Light Halo Install?

Has anyone installed Oracle Halo rings on their rear tail lights? I can't find directions anywhere online.

I just installed them last week, mine didn't come with directions either. I called them and they told me over the phone. You must cut the tail light lenses open.

my bad, this info is for the eagle eye

If I remember this correctly,,,,,

Only thing you need to know is that each tail light is labelled L for left and R for Right

There are two of each, look for the L & R on the back of the housing, molded into the back on the black.

Each Left lamp goes on the outsides, and each Right goes toward the middle

Also, The eagle eye plug actually plugs into the bulb holder of the old lights.

Make sure you line the "BLACK" wire of the Tail lights to the BLACK wire on the plug... otherwise they will NOT work.

How was the install, pain in the ***? Was it worth it or would you have bought the eagle eye tails already done, plug-n-play?

It takes 30 minutes to cut open each housing with a dremel.. Then you have to snug the halo in the housing and silicone the housing back together with GE brand clear silicone that is rain proof within 30 minutes. I placed an object on the lens for 30 minutes until the silicone hardens ( 5-10lbs object). I also cut a small slit next to where the bulb goes in the back... So you can have the original bulb in the back and have a slot for the wires To come thru the back. Next I wired the halos in - twisted the wires together and soldered em and uses heat shrink over the connections. Not hard to do, just time consuming. Not sure if you got the dual intensity wires with your kit... I had to order mine separately .. You will need 2 kits ... Only 1 pair come in a kit. It is also very important where you cut the housing.. You don't want to cut the tabs off of the housing.. Cut in the middle - between the 3 tabs.
