Borla exhaust

Need some help. I have the opportunity to get a free Borla exhaust model 11766 designed for a 2009-2013 Chevrolet Corvette (C6) 6.2L V8 Auto/Manual Trans. What I was wondering was will this exhaust fit my 2006 base model.

Appears not for 2006 based on quick look at Borla website. 09 to 13 seemingly. Might call them to verify difference.

I believe that the difference is the over axle pipe bends are slightly different. A good muffler shop might be able to make it work.
