Was thinking the same thing lol. I just figured I tell him OEM either way. Many builders like katech and livernois push the oem gaskets. I am a auto tech, and when it comes to the important stuff, like heads or drive seals, I try to go oem.
I already have arp bolt and thought I might have clerence issues with thin gaskets thanks for the info
Did you buy a package from a builder? They should be able to suggest what they use as Livernois did for me. I'd say if a gasket is needed to help clearance, your already cutting it too close. if You have properly measured your push-rods everything will be fine
My kit came with proper springs and push rods to accommodate the cam i purchased as part of a proven kit
No it's not a package deal I just want to break 460s to the wheels I'm at 427 now so I figured ls3 Cnc heads and intake would help and it would be a little different since most ls2 vette all run heads and fast intake

To be safe, I'd measure and get the proper sized (length) pushrod. that way it's not a guessing game. you may be able to discuss the cam with the manufacture and they should be able to help you out a great deal.
