LS Engine Builder
I'm looking for reputable LS engine builder in the west Chicagoland area to build me an LS7 long block for my 2008 Z06. The engine dropped a valve during a track day at Road America and blew a rod through the side of the block on the #1 cylinder. After going through the hassle of dropping the engine out of the car I figured I would upgrade as long as I was doing all of the work.

try Scogggins Dicky or texas speed they do the work with parts from SD, chances are they already have it built, if not it don't take long. goes into big plastic motor box and shipped right to you, and I'm not sure of the name but ain't it Dicks corvette's in Chicago area? right along I55 or I355 or right were I294 and I55/I80 come together. try the regional forum.
