Default New mods what should I make.....

I have a 2011 M6 that's getting ram air ss intake , kooks 1 3/4 headers, corsa extreme cat back, and cmc 40 cam 233/247 113 lsa.

Any feed back or comparison numbers to others with similar setup would be appreciated.

I will go with 450!

With 1 3/4" headers you should get a good pickup in torque.

Well I pick the car up today so I should find out where I'm at. Honestly based on a lot of other forum threads I've read I was hoping for 485 to 500hp and 450 or more torque

I would look at the difference in the before and after more than the number. If you run the car on 5 dynos, my bet is that will get 5 different results.

Just my opinion.

You'll also need to consider weather conditions (temperature) and altitude all of which play a part in results.

Here are my engine mods: LS7 Manifolds and cats with Dr. Gas X pipe, Cometic .040" head gaskets for compression bump from 10.8 to 11.2, Nice Comp cam, 1.8 roller rockers, push rods and Ti retainers, Vararam intake, ported OEM throttle body, 10% under-drive pulley, and custom tuning.

I have a couple of different dyno charts from the previous owner that did all of this work. One comparison dyno chart shows the car completely stock as having 371 rwhp (way lower than other LS3 dynos I've seen) and with most mods (but tuning not completed) as having 451 rwhp. This was on a Dynojet. That's a solid 80 rwhp gain! Torque was up about 50 if I recall correctly.

I have another dyno chart that is supposed to be the final number and it's a dyno called a "Land/ Sea Dyno" whatever the heck that is and it shows 444 rwhp. I understand these are pessimistic dynos. But without a before # on this same dyno who knows. I think Joe (the previous owner) took all the low hanging fruit and there really isn't anything else I can do with out going to a major build.

One thing I can see on all of my dyno charts is that the power completely plateaus from 5500 rpm on. I don't know if I have hit a flow limitation related to the cam specs, the head flow, the exhaust system, or the tuning. Seems like I'd naturally gain another 25 rwhp if the power just continued on it's natural rise to 6500 rpm.

So hopefully you will post before and after dyno charts over-layed.

Good Luck!
