They springs to sit pretty close to the very end tip of the sway bar, especially on one side, it could touch. Loosen the sway mounting bolts, and try shifting the sway to where it is centered (and not touching the coil springs), then torque them down to spec. Of course the sway will move when cornering, but at least now it knows where it is suppose to be. It helped on mine, but I could still here it hit the coil spring on high undulated fast turns.

Put a locking collar on the swaybar so that it can't move from right to left.
Similar to the link below. I have Pfadt sway bars and that is how the stop them from moving side to side.
