Default Car won't crank

I recently did a cam swap and heads and intake on my 2005 auto c6 the car had been sitting for about 3 months and after all the upgrades were done the car won't attempt to crank. I also did turn the crank after the upgrades to make sure it wasn't stuck. The codes u2105 and u2108 are showing and they are for lost communication to ecm and bcm I've looked for lose wires and grounds and no luck I tried changing the fuses and still no luck. Currently when I hit the button the fuse box makes a click and nothing else happens the starter doesn't engage. I've also checked to make sure the starter is okay and it is as is the battery. Any thoughts or solutions?

Have you removed and reinstalled the big blue connector in the passenger footwell? How about the other (black?) connector just above it? It may be a long shot, but I would try that.

A short anywhere can disturb communications with the ecu and bcm. That would be a worst case scenario. Could you have pinched the wiring harness going to the cam position sensor on the front of the motor?

What happens after the click? Do gauges and lights go off or does nothing change?

If you wait 10 seconds or so do the gauges do the sweeping thing on their own again?

did the engine ever run after the mods ? was it tuned. a dead battery, loose cables, bad / damaged starter or melted / shorted harness could all cause your problem

I haven't messed with anything in the passenger footwell but I'll give it a look and everyone I know believes it to be a ground but I don't see any lose or missing and the cam sensor was plugged back in and I can still barely see it with the radiator and everything back in and it looks fine still

There's only one click and its in the fuse box and then after about 10 seconds all the gages come on and I have service engine soon, service abs, service fuel system and service vehicle soon errors

The car was perfectly fine and was tuned before the mods for spray and then during all this heads cam swap sat for about 3 months and after I was finally finished and tried to start it nothing happened and that's where I am now.
