Default Help identifying plug

changing the belts on my 08 z I came across an unplugged wire.
it was on the passenger side under the car, near the fog lamps. Can't figure out what it is. Everything seems to be in working order, lights work, no cel, etc. Any ideas.

Looks like the outside air temperature plug. Look down the passenger side toward the bottom of the radiator shroud.



If that isn't it...makes sure your horn works

When GM discontinued the light under the hood they left the power wire/connector. I think that's what it is.

That's what I thought at first too, but then I remembered that the underhood lamp plug has a pin on the bottom. It looks just a little different a well:

Certainly looks like the outside temp sensor plug

You're right. I was looking at the pictures on my phone and could not see clearly what the connector looked like.
