Default A good damper?

I have an 06 LS2 convertible with an supercharger. The stock one is wobbling. Could anyone recommend a good damper other than ATI (good but expensive). I plan to pin the crank. No under drives please. Thanks in advance

I would use the Summit Racing one or Trick Flow. I have used both underdrive and stock sized. They are under $200 and are SFI cert.

Looks like a nice damper just saw it on summit website, its even keyed i believe. Do you know if its like ati where no balancing weights are required? I have installed an ati on my z and it was simply press on and fasten with a crank bolt. Thnx

No balancing required. The LS engines are internally balanced, so no need for it. They are basically a solid piece with an elastometer inside.

So you simply press on and fasten, sounds like a good unit. Any thoughts on the power bond unit since they are similarly priced?

Power bond is a good unit as well. I just like the construction of the summit or trick flow ones. The stock damper uses a different puller compared to pretty much all aftermarket units. They are all press and install crankshaft bolt. Make sure to replace the timing cover crankshaft seal while you're at it. If not it will leak...ask me how I know this.

The summit/trick flow C2501 is the one I'm using and have been for a year. No problems.
