C6 Z06 Check Engine Light

Check engine light came on. Ran scanner and it is throwing a PO604 (Power Train Control Module Random Acces memory) What is it and how can I get rid of it? Will not erase. Might add that the battery went dead and this all started after throwing a charge on it. Driving me crazy. Thanks for any help.

if it won't erase, you may need a new ECM. just fixed a cobalt with the same code/problem. the ram in the ecm died

Thought this could be the problem. I have a scanner but unable to check all sensors. Thanks for the information.
