Over the years there have been numerous threads about both types of the LG headers. Use the search function ( top right hand of the page ). Also search in the Autocross / Road racing section. They usually produce nice HP gains.

I did a search but was not paying attention to the search bar. I was using the wrong search bar. Was using the search for my own thread. LOL. But yea found plenty of threads thank you.
